Rules
Home> No hard liquor. An appropriate amount of beer is allowed.
> There is zero tolerance for illegal drugs. Proper authorities will be notified if drugs are found. Trip will be ended immediately and no refund of money.
> Proper footwear must be worn; sneakers, deck shoes, boots, or rubber soled shoes. No
black soled shoes.
> All rules for species being fished will be enforced. No exceptions.
> Bring appropriate clothing with you. A hat, sunglasses, and rain gear are recommended.
> The captain is the only one who can cancel a trip due to weather.
> Any cancellations by the charter must be done 2 weeks prior to the trip. Any cancellations
after that, half of deposit will be returned. Special circumstances will be accepted.
> Any cancellation due to weather will be rescheduled. If no date can be arranged, refund
will be arranged.
> Once a deposit is received, a email or phone call will be made. No trip is reserved until
deposit is received.
> A 15-20% tip for the mate is standard. He is working for you and is well appreciated.
> Departure times vary by species.
